Ddreamer Silver Jewelry's jewelry products are guaranteed free cleaning and polishing for life. Please keep your purchase receipt and bring the product to the nearest store when you need to clean and polish the product!

Note: This product brightening cleaning service will help clean 60-90% depending on the condition of the product you use.


JEWELRY RENOVATION & REPAIR SERVICES

In addition, Ddreamer also has a jewelry repair service with a fee depending on the damage to the jewelry you have used, for example: welding, attaching stones, adjusting the product's shape, white gold plating - silver plating - gold plating - rose gold plating,... These services only apply to products purchased at Ddreamer Jewelry (Ddreamer does not accept products from outside).

Note, there are some cases where Ddreamer does not accept repairs:

  • The products are completely damaged and deformed.
  • Small details and additional motifs attached to the product are lost.
  • Customer does not provide complete and accurate information on the purchase invoice of the product needing repair.
  • Products with natural stones/special shaped stones/mother of pearls/black painted details will not be covered by warranty.
Product warranty period:
  • Please bring the purchase receipt with the product to the nearest store to send the product for repair.
  • Repair time after 3pm all days of the week.
  • Depending on the damage to the product, Ddreamer will take 7-14 days to repair. The staff at the store will advise and inform you of the repair cost and schedule a completion time for you!
