Exchange Policy

At Ddreamer, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, for online purchases, if the received product does not fit due to a sizing issue and we do not have the correct size in stock for an exchange, you can contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, Ddreamer will gladly exchange it for a new one.

For the best possible support in case of any issues during shipping, please record a video while opening your online order.

Please note: Products purchased during promotional sales are final and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Kindly review your selection carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for products purchased directly at our physical stores. We encourage you to carefully consider your choices before making a purchase in-store.

All final decisions regarding exchanges are at the discretion of Ddreamer.
